Pure HypnoAnalysis

Resolving psychological and emotional issues has always been a tricky subject. Long and intense sessions with a psychologist that can last over a period of months and sometimes even years without those issues even being dealt with! We live life in the fast lane, 2010 with all it's problems, has been a very speedy year and efficacy is vital in the world we inhabit. Pure Hypnoanalysis provides this; resolving anxiety, depression, phobias, fears and eating disorders efficiently and more effectively than any other therapy available worldwide.

IAPH members are trained in the highly developed form of Pure Hypnoanalysis, otherwise known as analytical hypnotherapy. Pure Hypnoanalysis is practised internationally as it totally resolves unconscious anxieties, digging deep to the root and leaving sufferers symptom-free for life. The beauty of Pure Hypnoanalysis is its efficacy, taking only eight to twelve weekly sessions that last an hour each and allowing sufferers to enjoy life rather than fear it.

Developed by Rob Kelly FIAPH over six years ago, Pure Hypnoanalysis is essentially that- a purer form of hypnoanalysis. Hypnoanalysis is a technique, which through the relaxed state of hypnosis, repressed emotions, conflicts and anxieties are released and ultimately resolved.

We live in a somewhat restrained society, where on one hand, we're encouraged to express our emotions, told to discuss them with loved ones but on the other, we're shushed and hushed by those closest to us, who quite naturally can not cope with such intense emotions. This leads to confusion and those traumatic feelings that seem to pervade the very soul are left to fester in the psyche.

Repressing emotions can't work, it goes against the natural process of life. Once we bottle something up, we can't resolve it. Can't heal it. To heal it, we need to talk about it. Only the release of emotion can resolve trauma. Pure Hypnoanalysis works on this basis. The most natural way to resolve emotional issues, is one that encourages this natural therapeutic process and Pure Hypnoanalysis does just that.

Only through naturally releasing emotions can we grieve or effectively get over them. They say that time heals all wounds, but it isn't time, it's confronting bottled emotions and opening the wound, then dealing with it and ultimately letting it heal. After it's healed, there might be a slight scar, and then time comes in handy- the scar eventually fades.

An issue that crops up here is after repressing emotions for so long, our minds actually hide them and although we consciously can't remember them, these bottled up sentiments physically manifest themselves in untold and unending grief and anxiety.

To discover these hidden and banked up emotions, a safe, caring and confidential relationship with a therapist is necessary. Through this trusting relationship, these banked emotions can be accessed by simply talking about them. By simply being in a safe environment and being allowed to share how you're feeling rather than having to hold back, they will come to the surface naturally.

Any psychological or emotional symptom has a root cause- bottled up emotions! Only Pure Hypnoanalysis allows the natural process of slowly dealing with issues, slowly letting them rise to the surface to be dealt with appropriately.

Traditional counselling provides a safe environment in which a person's phobia can be discussed. Situations and experiences that trigger the phobia are explored, allowing the sufferer to feel more in control. Ultimately however, the phobia still effects the person, still has a profound effect upon the sufferer's life.

A course of psychotherapy offers a more in-depth version of the above.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy enables the sufferer to feel a little more in control, life becomes a little easier. But that nagging phobia would still be there.

Hypnotherapy, after one or two sessions, allows the sufferer to feel better, but that pesky banked up emotion worms its way out and the symptoms return.

Hypnoanalysis, not Pure Hypnoanalysis, digs deep, but not enough to get to the root. That full amazing resolution would still be out of reach.

Pure Hypnoanalysis, however, does reach down and confront the root cause of the phobia. It then raises it to the surface for it to be dealt with further, thus freeing the sufferer from the phobia completely and permanently!

These other forms of therapy are successful because in their own way, they all work. For many years, they've changed people's lives and they will continue to do so if used appropriately. When considering a suitable form of therapy for oneself, think about the following:
Grief counsellors can't help with phobias.
NLP practitioners can't deal with suicidal feelings.
Four years with a psychotherapist can't help if you're afraid of flying!

It's exactly the same with Pure Hypnoanalysis.

If your problems and symptoms of grief and anxiety are caused by bottled up and repressed emotions, then Pure Hypnoanalysis is the most effective form of therapy available.

Pure Hypnoanalysis allows the patient to deal with banked emotion. No invasive techniques are involved. It's a simple matter of utilising the natural grieving process, creating that safe environment in which to open up and within six or twelve sessions, those bottled up emotions are resolved.

A session starts with the patient being gently relaxed into a light hypnotic state. The sufferer is fully in control, wide awake, but deeply relaxed. The patient is so deeply relaxed that they can discuss recollections that pop into their heads. By discussing these random recollections, the subconscious mind prods at the root cause of all their issues. A certain memory springs up, talking about events that surround the memory, the subconscious mind deals with the trauma, bringing it to the surface and thus releasing all the negative emotions from this experience.

Pure Hypnoanalysis is unique in that it does not rely upon insight or intellect of the therapist. When an IAPH Pure Hypnoanalyst attempts to aid a sufferer, their ego and intellect does not come into play. The therapy itself does not depend upon the therapist's intelligence. No, it depends upon the therapist using Pure Hypnoanalysis in the correct manner. The therapy simply works for itself.

Pure Hypnoanalysis resolves the underlying cause of any emotional issue. No other type of therapy does this, depending as they do upon controlling the symptom rather than freeing it.
